What KazExpo does
Our mandate desk brings together the buyer’s requirement and the supply principal’s authorized commercial terms. We help clarify product specifications, quantities, destinations and delivery windows; communicate offers within the agreed scope of representation; and coordinate the information needed for the parties to assess a transaction. Explore our petroleum mandate services for the detail.
How the mandate business model works
The supply principal is the party whose product or commercial offer is being represented. KazExpo acts as the commercial representative within the scope of an appointment, while the buyer states its purchasing requirements. Our role is to keep those responsibilities clear and help both sides progress from an initial inquiry toward terms they can review and agree.
What a mandate does—and does not—establish
A written mandate can authorize specific commercial activities. It does not automatically transfer ownership of product or give the representative power to bind the principal. Refinery relationships, terminal access and cargo availability must be demonstrated for the individual transaction.
Our Kazakhstan connection
Our registered address is in Shymkent, Republic of Kazakhstan. This identifies KazExpo’s corporate address; the origin, loading location and route of a proposed petroleum cargo are established separately for each transaction. For Kazakhstan-related inquiries, we help clarify those commercial requirements alongside logistics coordination and documentation review.
Products and counterparties
KazExpo’s product inquiry categories include EN590 10PPM diesel, Jet A1, LPG, LNG, crude oil, fuel oil and bitumen. Buyers can present a purchasing requirement, while sellers and supply principals can discuss a documented offer or scope of representation. Product origin, availability and delivery terms are confirmed for the particular inquiry.
Corporate and commercial verification
Our registered address appears below and on the mandate desk page. For a proposed transaction, the contracting entity, authorized signatory and representation documents should also be confirmed. Follow the mandate verification process to establish the principal, appointment scope and current validity.
How we approach an inquiry
Start with the product, volume, destination and timing. Review the buyer requirements or seller requirements, then prepare a commercial brief. An introductory discussion does not constitute an offer or reserve supply.
